HOW IT WORKS

  • Crescent Solitaire is the loyalty programme exclusively for customers of Crescent Builders and is a point based rewards programme.
  • Only apartment owners of Crescent Builders are eligible for this programme.
  • The benefits of loyalty programme are applicable only to registered members of ‘Crescent Solitaire’.
  • The registered members will be given a loyalty card mentioning their name & Identification number.
  • 500 points will be credited initially after successful enrollment.
  • Each point is equivalent to Rs 1/-.
  • For every genuine referral, 750 points will be earned & the earned points will be credited to their account.
  • A referral is considered as sale only after agreement execution.
  • Members can avail the benefits of pre launch of our projects and other offers too.
  • The points awarded for sale are as follows:
    • For I BHK – 3000 Points
    • For 2 BHK – 4000 Points
    • For 3 BHK – 5000 Points
    • For 4 BHK & Above – 7500 Points
  • Redemption can be possible only at 1000 or more points.
  • The points earned can be redeemed as gift coupons of leading brands as VNM Diamond , M Grill Restaurant, Titan Watches, TBS Books and Stories Interiors, which will be decided by Crescent Builders time to time.
  • Points earned should be redeemed within 2 years from the date it is been credited to their account.

  2. Points cannot be converted to cash or price discounts on apartment purchase.
  3. Loyalty card can only be used at the stores listed above or refer www.crescentloyalty.com.
  4. Crescent builders shall not be liable for loss or damage of the loyalty card or gift coupons provided to you.
  5. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and you agree to notify us immediately if you believe that there has been any breach of security.
  6. We have no responsibility or obligation for disputes between an individual customer and any member establishments.
  7. We reserve the right to modify the structure, benefits and other features of the card including these terms & conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  8. We reserve the absolute right to withdraw any of these services.
  9. If any dispute arises, the jurisdiction is only at Calicut.
